When Setting Up A Pre-Construction Confrence

Check with Ed to see who (from our office) will be attending. · Check that person's schedule. Call the following people:

  1. Mayor
  2. Clerk
  3. Contractor
  4. Office of Pollution Control
    • (if applicable)
  5. CDBG Administrator
    • (if applicable)

Set up a time and date and let all of the above mentioned people know when the conference is scheduled for.
